ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਾਰਾਜ਼ਗੀ ਦੇ ਚੱਲਦਿਆਂ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਦੀ ਮੋਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਹਾੜੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਫਸਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਮੁੱਲ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਬੀਤੇ ਦਿਨੀ ਹੋਈ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਦੀ ਬੈਠਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਾੜੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਫਸਲਾਂ ਲਈ ਨਵੇਂ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਮੁੱਲ ’ਤੇ ਮੋਹਰ ਲੱਗ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਮੋਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਕਣਕ ਤੇ ਹਾੜੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਪੰਜ ਹੋਰ ਫਸਲਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਮੁੱਲ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਕੈਬਿਨੇਟ ਨੇ 2018-19 ਵੰਡ ਵਰ੍ਹੇ ਲਈ ਕਣਕ ਦੇ ਘਟੋ-ਘਟ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਮੁੱਲ 'ਚ 105 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਕੁਇੰਟਲ ਦਾ ਵਾਧਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਸਨੂੰ 1840 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਕੁਇੰਟਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਮਤੇ ਨੂੰ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਦੇ ਦਿਤੀ ਹੈ | ਕੇਂਦਰ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲਏ ਗਏ ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ 'ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਗਰਮ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਥੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਮੁਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਦੀ ਸਰਹਾਣਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਉਥੇ ਹੀ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਮੁਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਕੋਝਾ ਮਜਾਕ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ | ਬਾਦਲ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੇ ਗਠਜੋੜ ਦਾ ਮਾਨ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾਯੋਗ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਦੀ ਰੰਗਤ ਦੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਪਿੱਠ ਥਾਪੜੀ ਹੈ, ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਹੈ | ਇਸਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਸਿਮਰਤ ਕੌਰ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਵੱਡੀ ਰਾਹਤ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ |
ਜਿਥੇ ਅਕਾਲੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਦਾ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਉਥੇ ਹੀ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲੈ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਦੀ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਆਪਣਾ ਰਵਈਆ ਦਿਖਾਇਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਰਫ 105 ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਵਾਧਾ ਕਰ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਕੋਝਾ ਮਜਾਕ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ | ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ 4 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਸਾਰਥਕ ਕਦਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ
