हमीरपुर में सुबह के समय हुई तेज बारिश के चलते जन जीवन अस्त व्यस्त हो गया है। बारिश के बाद हमीरपुर के साथ लगते हथली खडड पुल पर पानी जमा होने से पुल पर से वाहनो ंकी अवाजाही प्रभावित हुई। वहीं दोपहिया वाहन चालकों को तो बडी मुश्किल से पुल पार करना पडा। इस के साथ ही डुग्घा कस्बे के साथ लगते हुए पुल के उपर से पानी गुजरने से लोग हैरान हो गए है और कुछ देर के लिए वाहन चालक पुल के उपर से गुजरने से भी कतराते हुए नजर आए है।
