विश्व धरोवर कालका शिमला रेल मार्ग पर एक बार फिर मलवा गिरने के कारण रेलवे ट्रैक बाधित हो गया है। धर्मपुर सनवारा के बीच में रेलवे ट्रैक पर भारी मात्रा में मलबा गिर जाने के कारण इस रूट पर चलने वाली सभी ट्रेनों को रोक दिया गया है। मलबा गिरने की सूचना मिलने के बाद रेलवे विभाग के कर्मचारी ट्रैक से मलवा हटाने के लिए मौके की ओर रवाना हो चुके हैं

  • Kalka-Shimla railway track/ train/ passengers

    Train running on Kalka-Shimla railway track has started from today. This morning, after 70 days, the train reached Solan from Kalka carrying passengers. There were only 10-15 passengers in the train that reached Solan this morning. It is expected that soon the track will be restored till Shimla, and the pleasant journey to the valleys of Himachal will start again through train. Earlier on Monday and Tuesday, the Railway Department had run the goods train on the track. After the successful trial of the goods train, the Board has decided to run the trains. Apparently, after the rains in the month of July, there was debris on the track and rail service was affected.

    Shimla/solan (Himachal Pradesh) A special train was run on the historic Shimla-Kalka Heritage track after seven months today. After traveling for about six hours, the train reached Shimla at half past five. However, on Wednesday, three people had made the booking in this train. But for some reason these people too could not travel in this train.

  • Kandaghat | Kalka-Shimla | Heritage Rail |

    Debris came on the track near Kandaghat in the Kalka-Shimla heritage rail route today. Due to which the train was sent back to Shimla from Kandaghat itself. However, traffic is not moving normally on the Kalka-Shimla railway line due to frequent debris flows during the rains. A train was being run between Shimla to Solan, but today that too had to be stopped.
