Dumka (Jharkhand):Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren on January 5 reached Jharkhand's Dumka and offered prayers at famous 'Pagla Baba' temple. Residents of Dumka welcomed their new Chief Minister in a traditional way. CM Soren also joined the locals and played a musical instrument.
