प्रदेश में मौसम ने करवट बदल ली है और ऊंचे पहाड़ों पर बर्फबारी व निचले इलाके बारिश से सराबोर हो गए हैं। प्रदेश के ऊंचाई वाले इलाकों में कल शाम से ही बर्फ हो रही है। रोहतांग दर्रे में 2 फीट ताजा बर्फबारी हुई है। जिला शिमला के कुफरी,नारकंडा,खड़ापत्थर बागी मंढोल, खदराला, चांशल, चूड़धार के साथ किन्नौर जिला के ऊंचाई वाले इलाकों में ताजा बर्फबारी हो रही है। धौलाधार की ऊंची चोटियों पर बर्फबारी का दौर जारी है। बारिश व बर्फबारी के कारण प्रदेश में शीत लहर बढ़ गई है।

    500 रुपए के पुराने नोट आज से पेट्रोल पम्पों, एयर टिकटों की बुकिंग और टोल नाकों पर नहीं लिए जाएंगे, क्योंकि इन जगहों पर मिलने वाली छूट आज से खत्म हो गई है. हालांकि सरकारी अस्पतालों और दवा दुकानों समेत पूर्व निर्धारित स्थानों पर 15 दिसंबर तक 500 रूपए के पुराने नोट इस्तेमाल किए जा सकेंगे..दरअसल पेट्रोल पंपों पर कमीशन लेकर पुराने नोटों की जगह नए नोट दिए जाने की आशंका के मद्देनज़र वित्त मंत्रालय ने ये फैसला लिया...वहीं खुल्ले पैसों की परेशानी के मद्देनज़र सरकार ने 2 दिसंबर की आधी रात कर टोल नाकों को फ्री कर दिया था..जिसकी मियाद खत्म हो गई है..और अब कल आधी रात से टोल नाकों पर शुल्क लिया जाने लगा है.इससे खुल्ले रुपयों के कमी के चलते अब टोल नाकों पर जाम लगने की तस्वीरें सामने आ रही हैं... मुंबई के मुलुंड टोल प्लाजा पर रात 12 बजे के बाद गाड़ियों की लंबी लाइन देखी गई, वहीं ऐसी ही तस्वीर दिल्ली-जयपुर हाइवे पर भी देखने को मिली. ज्यादातर लोग आज से टोल पर 500 रुपए के नोट नहीं लेने की बात से भी अनजान दिखे...हालांकि लोगों की परेशानी को देखते हुए सरकार की तरफ खास इंतज़ाम किए जाने की बात कही जा रही है...जिसके तहत नई स्वाइप मशीनें टोल नाकों पर पहुंचाई गई हैं. इसके अलावा सभी टोल नाकों पर डेबिट क्रेडिट कार्ड और पेटीएम जैसे ई वॉलेट से भी टोल टैक्स का भुगतान किया जा सकता है. आपको बता दें कि देशभर में नेशनल हाइवे पर कुल 367 टोल प्लाजा हैं

    नोटबंदी की घोषणा के बाद मोदी सरकार ने आज एक बार फिर बड़ा ऐलान किया है। वित्त मंत्रालय की ओर से जारी आदेश के मुताबिक, पुराने नोट जमा करने की सीमा अब 5000 रुपये तय की गई है। वित्त मंत्रालय के आदेश के मुताबिक, 30 दिसंबर तक पुराने नोट जमा करने की सीमा के तहत अब सिर्फ एक बार ही 5000 रुपये से ज्यादा के नोट जमा कराए जा सकेंगे...जिसके खाते में पैसा जमा हो रहा है उसे बैंक को यह भी बताना होगा कि यह रकम अब तक जमा क्यों नहीं की गई थी। बैंक उसके जवाब से संतुष्ट होगा तभी रकम जमा की जाएगी..इसके बाद आप खाते में 5000 से ज्यादा की रकम जमा नहीं करवा पाएंगे...आपको बता दें कि 8 नवंबर को प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने 500 रुपये और 1000 रुपये के नोटों को बंद करने की घोषणा की थी। पुराने नोट बदलने और उन्हें जमा कराने के लिए 30 दिसंबर तक का वक्त दिया गया था। अब सरकार ने पुराने नोट जमा कराने की सीमा भी तय कर दी है।
