    आजमगढ़ जिले के पूर्व जिला विद्यालय निरीक्षक उमेश त्रिपाठी के ऊपर मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट के आदेश से 156 के तहत पीड़ित की शिकायत पर बलात्कार और शोषण का मुकदमा दर्ज करने का आदेश जारी किया गया था जिसे शहर कोतवाली में धारा 376 आईपीसी का मुकदमा दर्ज कर विवेचना चौकी इंचार्ज संजय कुमार त्रिपाठी को सौंपी गई है बताते चलें कि सीओ सिटी गौरव कुमार का कहना है कि न्यायालय के आदेश पर जिला विद्यालय निरीक्षक के ऊपर 88/23में 376 आईपीसी का मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है गैस्टेड अधिकारी के ऊपर कोई भी कार्रवाई करने से पहले अधिकारियों की परमिशन की जरूरत पड़ती है और इस संदर्भ में परमिशन ले ली गई है और प्रकरण की जांच कर विधिक कार्यवाही की जाएगी। बताया गया कि 2022 में जिले के महाराजगंज थाना अंतर्गत एक महिला को नौकरी देने के मामले में उसे प्रलोभन दिया गया था और जिसे डीआईओएस ने अपने घर पर बुलाकर जबरदस्ती उसके साथ दुराचार किया था जिस पर न्यायालय ने संज्ञान लेते हुए मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट पूर्व में रहे जिला विद्यालय निरीक्षक उमेश त्रिपाठी के ऊपर बलात्कार का मुकदमा दर्ज करने का आदेश किया गया जिसका पालन करते हुए कोतवाली में मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है अब इस घटना को लेकर जिले में एक सनसनी फैली है आगे की कार्यवाही भी जारी है।
