തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലേക്ക് മത്സരിച്ച 8750 പേരെ സംസ്ഥാന തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കമീഷണര്‍ അയോഗ്യരാക്കി



2015 നവംബറില്‍ നടന്ന പൊതു തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പില്‍ കേരളത്തിലെ വിവിധ തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലേക്ക് മത്സരിച്ച 8750 പേരെ സംസ്ഥാന തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കമീഷണര്‍ അയോഗ്യരാക്കി.തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് ചെലവ് കണക്ക് സമര്‍പ്പിക്കുന്നതില്‍ വീഴ്ച വരുത്തിയതായും തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിന് പരിധിയില്‍ കൂടുതല്‍ തുക ചെലവഴിച്ചതായും കമ്മീഷന്‍ കണ്ടെയത്തിയവരെയുമാണ്അയോഗ്യരാക്കിയത്.അഞ്ചു വര്‍ഷത്തേക്കാണ് അയോഗ്യത. അയോഗ്യരായവര്‍ക്ക് തദ്ദേശ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലേക്ക് ഇനി നടക്കുന്ന ഉപതെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പുകളിലോ 2020 ല്‍ നടക്കുന്ന പൊതു തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിലോ 2022 വരെ നടക്കാവുന്ന ഉപതെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പുകളിലോ ഇനി മത്സരിക്കാന്‍ സാധിക്കില്ല.

    സോളാര്‍ കേസിലെ ജുഡിഷ്യല്‍ അന്വേഷണ റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് നിയമസഭ വെബ്‌സൈറ്റില്‍ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിതിനു പിന്നാലെ സൈററ് നിശ്ചലമായി. മുന്‍ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി ഉമ്മന്‍ചാണ്ടി ഉള്‍പ്പെടെയുള്ള യുഡിഎഫ് നേതാക്കള്‍ക്കെതിരെ കടുത്ത പരാമര്‍ശങ്ങളുള്ള സോളര്‍ കമ്മീഷന്‍ റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് വായിക്കാന്‍ കൂട്ടത്തോടെ ആളുകള്‍ എത്തിയതാണ് വെബ്‌സൈററ്റ് തകരാറിലാകാന്‍ കാരണം. നാലു വാല്യങ്ങളിലായി 1,073 പേജുള്ള റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടാണ് സഭയില്‍ വച്ചത്. ഇതോടൊപ്പം റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് വെബ്‌സൈറ്റിലും പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുമെന്നാണ് അറിയിച്ചിരുന്നത്. ഇംഗ്ലിഷിലുള്ള നാലുഭാഗങ്ങളാണ് ആദ്യം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചത്.
