നടിയെ ആക്രമിച്ചക്കേസ് 1വര്‍ഷം പൂര്‍ത്തിയാകുന്നു

തൃശൂരില്‍ നിന്ന് കൊച്ചിയിലേക്കുള്ള യാത്ര ഫെബ്രുവരി 17 വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച രാത്രിയാണ് നടി ആക്രമിക്കപ്പെട്ടത്.അപകീര്‍ത്തികരമായ ദൃശ്യങ്ങള്‍ പകര്‍ത്തിയ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി പള്‍സറിനെ പൊലീസ് കുടുക്കിയത് നാടകീയമായി.പിന്നാലെ കേസിലെ വമ്പന്‍ സ്രാവ് പ്രമുഖ നടന്‍ ദിലീപ് ജയിലഴിക്കുള്ളിലായി.ആലുവ സബ് ജയിലില്‍ 523-ാം നമ്പര്‍ തടവുകാരാനായി 85 ദിവസം ദീലിപ് കഴിഞ്ഞു.ഇതിനിടെ 5 ജാമ്യാപേക്ഷകള്‍ കോടതി തള്ളി.ഒക്ടോബ്# 3 ന് ജാമ്യം നേടി പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ താരത്തെ രാജകീയമായി വരവേറ്റ് ആരാധകവൃന്ദം.നവമ്പര്‍ 22ന് ദിലീപിനെ 8 പ്രതിയാക്കി പൊലീസ് അനുബന്ധ കുറ്റപത്രം സമര്‍പ്പിച്ചു.ഇന്ന് കേസ് വിചാരണ ഘട്ടത്തിലാണ്.
കേസില്‍ മൊബൈല്‍ പ്രധാന തൊണ്ടിിയായഫോണിനായുള്ള അന്വേഷണം നിലച്ചതായി റിപ്പോര്‍്ട്ടുകളുണ്ട്. ദൃശ്യങ്ങള്‍ പകര്‍ത്തിയ മൊബൈല്‍ ഫോണും മെമ്മറി കാര്‍ഡും കിട്ടിയില്ലെന്നത് കോടതിയെ അറിയിക്കാനാകും അന്വേഷണ സംഘത്തിന്റെ തീരുമാനം കുറ്റപത്രത്തിലെ തെളിവുകള്‍ തെളിയിക്കാന്‍ പൊലീസും പഴുതുകണ്ടെത്തി കുരുക്ക് പൊട്ടിക്കാന്‍ ദിലീപും അഘോരാത്രം കഠിനപരിശ്രമത്തിലാണ്

    കേരള നിയമസഭയ്ക്കു ചരിത്രത്തിലെ തന്നെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ നാണക്കേടുണ്ടാക്കിയ ബജറ്റ് കയ്യാങ്കളിക്കേസ് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ പിന്‍വലിച്ചു. വി ശിവന്‍കുട്ടി മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിക്ക് നല്‍കിയ കത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലായിരുന്നു നടപടി. കെഎം മാണിയുടെ ബജറ്റവതരണ ദിനത്തിലെ കയ്യാങ്കളി കേസാണ് ഇതോടെ ഇല്ലാതായത്. സഭയില്‍ ഭരണപക്ഷത്തെ കായികമായി നേരിട്ട ആറ് ഇടത് നേതാക്കള്‍ക്കെതിരായ കേസാണ് പിന്‍വലിച്ചത്. എല്‍ഡിഎഫ് അംഗങ്ങളായ വി ശിവന്‍കുട്ടി, ഇപി ജയരാജന്‍, കെടി ജലീല്‍, കെ അജിത്, സികെ സദാശിവന്‍, കുഞ്ഞഹമ്മദ് മാസ്റ്റര്‍ എന്നിവരായിരുന്നു കേസിലെ പ്രതികള്‍. സ്പീക്കറിന്റെ ഡയസിലെ ഉപകരണങ്ങളും ഫര്‍ണിച്ചറുകളുമടക്കം രണ്ട് ലക്ഷം രൂപയുടെ പൊതുമുതല്‍ നശിപ്പിച്ചുവെന്നായിരുന്നു കേസ്.
