    ശര്‍ക്കര പഞ്ചസാര എന്നിവ പെട്ടെന്ന് തന്നെ ഗ്ലൂക്കോസായി രക്തത്തില്‍ കലരുമെന്നതിനാല്‍ ഇവയാണ് ഏറ്റവും അധികമായി ദോഷം ചെയ്യുക
