नगर शहरातील सारसनगर मधील प्रकल्पात फ्लॅट देण्याच्या आमिषाने बांधकाम पर्यवेक्षकास चार वर्षे विनामोबदला राबवून घेतले. नंतर घरातील सजावटीसाठी त्यांच्या कडून ९ लाख रुपये घेऊन फसवणूक केल्या प्रकरणी भिंगार पोलीस ठाण्यात तिघांविरुद्ध गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आलाय. लक्ष्मण निवृत्ती जाधव, केशव रामदास सूर्यवंशी, आणि सोहम रिएलिटी अँड केशर डेव्हलपर्स यांचा आरोपींमध्ये समावेश आहे. याबाबत वैद्य कॉलनी , जामखेड रोड येथील रहिवासी विनय वासुदेव सेहगल यांनी न्यायालयात खासगी फिर्याद दिली आहे.
