लॅण्ड व्हॅल्यू कॅप्चर प्राधिकरण कायदा राबविण्याची मागणी
बेघरांना घरांची व सुशिक्षित युवकांना रोजगाराची स्वप्न दाखवून झुलवत ठेवणार्‍या सरकारला जाग आणण्यासाठी शिवजयंतीला मुळा डॅम येथे मेरे देश मे मेरा अपना घर आंदोलन, पीपल्स हेल्पलाईन व भारतीय जनसंसदेच्या वतीने राष्ट्रीय गीताभारत भूमिगुंठा आंदोलन करण्यात आले. या आंदोलनाच्या माध्यमातून देशात रोजी-निवारा भूमीगुंठा योजना राबविण्यासाठी 5 कोटी बेघरांना घरकुलासाठी परवडणार्‍या किंमतीत जागा देण्यासाठी आणि 8 कोटी सुशिक्षित बेरोजगारांना स्वयंरोजगार मिळण्याचा भाग म्हणून लॅण्ड व्हॅल्यू कॅप्चर प्राधिकरण कायदा केंद्र सरकारने राबविण्याची मागणी करण्यात आली.
प्रारंभी छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराज यांना अभिवादन करुन आंदोलनाची सुरुवात करण्यात आली. आंदोलकांनी जय शिवाजी, जय डिच्चू कावा व जय गीताभारतच्या घोषणा देऊन, सर्वसामान्यांचे प्रश्‍न न सोडविणारे कर्कासूर ठरलेल्या लोकप्रतिनिधींना कायमचा डिच्चू देण्याचा संकल्प केला.
आंदोलनात अ‍ॅड. कारभारी गवळी, अशोक सब्बन, प्रा.डॉ. जाधव, अ‍ॅड. बाळासाहेब पवार, अ‍ॅड. संदीप वांढेकर, बार असोसिएशनचे माजी अध्यक्ष अ‍ॅड. अनिल सरोदे, ओम कदम, शाहीर कान्हू सुंबे, विठ्ठल सुरम, सुधीर भद्रे, प्रकाश थोरात, वीरबहादूर प्रजापती आदी सहभागी झाले होते.
गेली 9 वर्षे घरकुल वंचितांना स्वस्त दरात भूमीगुंठा मिळवून देण्यासाठी संघटनेने केंद्र आणि राज्य सरकारकडे सातत्याने प्रयत्न केले. परंतु त्याबाबत सरकारने झोपेचे सोंग घेऊन या ज्वलंत प्रश्‍नाकडे दुर्लक्ष केले. हे प्रश्‍न सोडविण्यासाठी लॅण्ड व्हॅल्यू कॅप्चर प्राधिकरण कायद्याशिवाय पर्याय राहिलेला नाही. या कायद्याने देशात सुशिक्षित बेरोजगार युवक व घरकुल वंचितांचा प्रश्‍न क्रांतीकारक पध्दतीने सुटणार आहे. विशेष म्हणजे केंद्र किंवा राज्य सरकारच्या तिजोरीवर मोठा बोजा न पडता ही योजना यशस्वी होऊ शकणार आहे. दुसर्‍या महायुध्दानंतर अनेक देशांनी लॅण्ड व्हॅल्यू कॅप्चर योजनेचा वापर करुन अनेक बेघरांना घरे उपलब्ध करुन दिली आहे. याप्रमाणे देशातील बेघरांचा प्रश्‍न सुटू शकणार असल्याचे संघटनेಇಂದ Metro News | 212 ವೀಕ್ಷಣೆ

गोरखपुर।आपको बता दे कि बीते दिनों गोरखनाथ इलाके हुमायूंपुर में बने पानी के टँकी के अंदर एक युवक का शव बरामद हुआ था,गोरखनाथ पुलिस मामले में मुकदमा दर्ज कर छानबीन में जुटी थी,लेकिन गोरखपुर एडीजी जोन खुद आज गोरखनाथ थाना क्षेत्र के हुमायूंपुर में पहुचकर उस घटना स्थल पर गए जहां पानी की टँकी में युवक का शव मिला था,एडीजी जोन ने घटना स्थल का बारीकी से निरक्षण कियाऔर ईस घटना के सम्बंध हो हो रही छानबीन की प्रगति के बारे में जाना।उन्होंने कहा कि जल्द ही जल्द ही उठेगा रहस्मय मौते से पर्दा पुलिस टीमें काम कर रही है,इस निरीक्षण के दौरान एसपी सिटी सोनम कुमार, सीओ गोरखनाथ/क्राइम रत्नेश सिंह थाना प्रभारी रामाज्ञा सिंह मौजूद रहे।
