लखनऊ। निशातगंज से आईटी की ओर जाने वाले ओवरब्रिज (इंदिरा पुल) पर होली से हल्के वाहनों को चलाने की अनुमति मिल सकती है। पूर्वोत्तर रेलवे के डीआरएम आदित्य कुमार ने बताया कि पुल के मेंटेनेंस की रिपोर्ट तैयार हो गई है। यह सोमवार को पीडब्लूडी को सौंपी जाएगी। पुल की मरम्मत में अभी आठ से 10 दिन लगेंगे।
जर्जर इंदिरा पुल के रेलवे वाले हिस्से में दरारें आने से पुल को रविवार को वाहनों के लिए पूरी तरह बंद कर दिया गया था। इसके बाद पीडब्ल्यूडी की ओर से पूर्वोत्तर रेलवे लखनऊ मंडल को पत्र लिखा गया, जिसमें पुल हल्के वाहनों के लिए खोलने का जिक्र किया गया। इस पर रेलवे के ब्रिज वर्कशॉप की टीम ने मौके का निरीक्षण कर वास्तविक स्थिति की रिपोर्ट तैयार कर दो दिन में पीडब्लूडी को देने की बात कही, लेकिन तीन मार्च को डालीगंज-मल्हौर के बीच नई लाइन को लेकर कमिश्नर रेलवे सेफ्टी का निरीक्षण होने की वजह से रिपोर्ट तैयार होने में देरी हो गई। रविवार को रिपोर्ट फाइनल हो गई है, जिसे सोमवार को पीडब्लूडी को सौंपा जाएगा। डीआरएम आदित्य कुमार ने बताया कि रिपोर्ट में पुल पर हल्के वाहन चलाने की बात कही गई है। बता दें कि इस रिपोर्ट के जमा होने के बाद मंगलवार से पुल को हल्के वाहनों के लिए खोला जा सकता है, जिससे लोगों को खासी राहत मिल जाएगी।
चार लाख लोग हुए परेशान
डीआरएम ने बताया कि रेलवे प्रशासन ने पुल की मरम्मत का काम शुरू करवा दिया है। इस बीच हल्के वाहनों को पुल से गुजारा जा सकता है। भारी वाहन नहीं चलेंगे। मरम्मत का काम पूरा होने में अभी आठ से दस दिन लगेंगे। इसके बाद पुल को सभी प्रकार के वाहनों के लिए खोला जा सकेगा। बता दें कि पिछले आठ दिनों से पुल बंद होने से चार लाख से अधिक वाहन मालिकों को असुविधाओं का सामना करना पड़ा है। हल्के वाहनों के लिए पुल खुलने के बाद खासी राहत हो जाएगी।
