कांग्रेस नेता कप्तान सिंह सांगवान ने पिछले दिनों वजीराबाद गांव में निगम द्वारा लगाई गई सील को भी तोड़ दिया था और विरोध जताया था । कप्तान सिंह सांगवान का कहना है कि शहरीकृत गांव में कन्वर्जन चार्ज नहीं लिया जा सकता अवैध रूप से लोगों को उसे वसूली करने के लिए इस तरह का चार्ज नगर निगम ले रहा है। कप्तान सिंह सांगवान ने कहा कि लोगों को सीलिंग का डर दिखाकर पैसे लिए जा रहे हैं यह गरीबों का शोषण है। कांग्रेस नेता कप्तान सिंह सांगवान ने कहा कि कांग्रेस के शासनकाल के दौरान दिल्ली में कहीं भी कन्वर्जन चार्ज लोगों से नहीं लिया गया। जब से निगम में बीजेपी आई है तब से लोगों से इस तरह के कन्वर्जन चार्ज, हाउस टैक्स और भी कई तरह के टैक्स लिए जा रहे हैं और फिर भी निगम के पास पैसा नहीं होता । यह सब पैसा जाता कहां है ? कांग्रेस नेता कप्तान सिंह सांगवान ने नगर निगम पर कई बड़े सवाल खड़े किए और कहा कि इस कन्वर्जन चार्ज का वह विरोध करेंगे।
