It is a matter of pleasure for the working people that if you work more than 15 minutes of the scheduled hours, then you will get more salary. That is, it will be considered in the category of overtime, the company will pay the employee instead. It is being told that the government can change the existing time limit of overtime. This is part of the same link, under which the Ministry of Labor and Employment has finalized the rules of the four labor codes. This has paved the way for the reforms to be brought into reality by issuing notification of them for implementation soon. Four codes on salary, industrial relations, social security and occupational security and health and working conditions have already been notified after obtaining the assent of the President. Now the ministry has completed the consultation process on the draft rules of the four entities.
