ରାୟଗଡ଼ା ମା ମଝିଘରିଆଣୀ ମନ୍ଦିର ନିକଟରେ ଝଂଜାବତୀ ନଦୀ ସେତୁ ଦୁ୍ର୍ବଳ ହୋଇପଡିଥିବାରୁ ଏକ ମାସ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଭାରୀଯାନ ଗୁଡିକୁ ସକାଳ ୯ ଟାରୁ ରାତି ୯ଟା ମଧ୍ୟେର ପ୍ରବେଶ ଉପରେ କଟକଣା ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଛି। ଏହି ସଂପର୍କରେ ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳ ଗୁହାପୁନମ ତାପସ କୁମାର ଏକ ନୋଟିସ ଜାରି କରିଥିବା ଜଣାପଡିଛି। ସେହିଭଳି ଉକ୍ତ ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତିରେ ପୁରୁଣା ସେତୁ ମରାମତି ଏବଂ ନୂତନ ସେତୁ ନିର୍ମାଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ କାଳୀନ ଭିତ୍ତିରେ ଶେଷ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପୂର୍ତ ବିଭାଗ ନିର୍ବାହୀ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳ ନିର୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ରାତି ୯ଟା ପରେ କେବଳ ୨୫ରୁ ୩୦ ଟନ ଓଜନର ଭାରିଯାନ ଗୁଡିକୁସେତୁ ଉପେର ଛାଡ଼ିବାକୁ କୁହାଯାଇଛି। ଯଦି ରାୟଗଡ଼ା ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଶିଳ୍ପାଞ୍ଚଳକୁ ଅଧିକା ଓଜନର ଗାଡ଼ି ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିବାକୁ ହେଲେ ଏହା ପୂବର୍ରୁ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପ୍ରଶାସନର ଅନୁମତି ନେବାକୁ ପଡିବ ବୋଲି କୁହାଯାଇଛି। ଏହା ବ୍ୟତୀତ ଅମ୍ବାଦଳା - ମୁନିଗୁଡ଼ା - ରାୟଗଡ଼ା ରାସ୍ତାରେ ଅତି ବେଗରେ ଚଳାଚଳ କରୁଥିବା ଭାରିଯାନ ଗୁଡିକ ଉପରେ କଟକଣା ଲଗାଯାଇଛି। ରାୟଗଡ଼ାକୁ ବାଇପାସ ରାସ୍ତାର ଜରୁରୀ ଅାବଶ୍ୟକତାକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ପିତାମହଲ - ତାଡ଼ମା - ହାଲୁଆ ଭାରିଝୋଲା ଦେଇ ହାେଟେଲ ସାଇ ଇଣ୍ଟରନ୍ୟାସନାଲ ନିକଟରେ ବାହାରିବାକୁ ରାସ୍ତା ନିର୍ମାଣ ର ଯୋଜନା କରାଯାଇଛି ବୋଲି ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳ କହିଛନ୍ତି।
