    Solan (Himachal Pradesh) : In district Solan, the work of making and updating Aadhaar in banks and post offices has been stopped for the last one week. Due to which the entire work load has fallen on the Aadhaar center being built in the DC office. Everyday a large number of people are reaching there to get their Aadhaar made and updated. People's numbers are coming even after four days. Which is causing a lot of trouble.

    ആധാര്‍ പാന്‍ കാര്‍ഡുമായി ബന്ധിപിക്കുനതിനുള്ള കാലാവധി കേന്ദ്ര സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ അടുത്ത വര്ഷം മാര്‍ച്ച് വരെ നീട്ടി.അധാര്‍ പാര്കാര്ടുമായി ബന്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അവസാന തിയതി ശനിയാഴ്ച്ച രാത്രി അവസാനിക്കവേ ആണ് സെന്‍ട്രല്‍ ബോര്‍ഡ് ഓഫ് ഡയറക്ട് ടാക്സസ് സമയപരിധി നീട്ടി നല്‍കിയത്. ഇത് അഞ്ചാം തവണയാണ് കേന്ദ്ര സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ബന്ധിപ്പിക്കല്‍ കാലാവധി നീട്ടി നല്‍കുന്നത്. നികുതി ദാതാക്കള്‍ ആദായ നികുതി ഫയല്‍ ചെയ്യുന്നതോടൊപ്പം അധാര്‍ നമ്പര്‍ കൂടി ചേര്‍ക്കണം എന്ന് കൂട്ടി ചേര്‍ത്ത് കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്‍ഷം കേന്ദ്രസര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ആദായ നികുതി നിയമം ഭേദഗതി ചെയ്തിരുന്നു.എല്ലാവരും പാന്‍ കാര്‍ഡ് എടുക്കണമെന്നും നിയമമുണ്ടാക്കി.പാന്‍ കാര്‍ഡ് ഉള്ളവര്‍ ഇത് ആധാരുമായി ബന്ധിപ്പിക്കണമെന്നും നിര്‍ദ്ദേശിച്ചു.അധാര്‍ നിയമവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട കേസുകള്‍ സുപ്രീം കോടതിയുടെ പരിഗണനയിലാണ് . ഇക്കാരണത്താല്‍ ആധാര്‍ ബന്ധിപ്പിക്കലിനു പരിധി നിശ്ചയിക്കരുതെന്ന വാദത്തെ സുപ്രീം കോടതി പിന്താങ്ങിയിരുന്നു. മേയില്‍ അധാര്‍ കേസുകളില്‍ വാദം അവസാനിച്ചെങ്കിലും വിധി പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചിട്ടില്ല.
