Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi visited Bellary, Karnataka to address a mammoth election rally. While speaking to the masses he lashed out BJP for corruption. "In our 2014 election manifesto we have promised right to healthcare, a scheme to provide free medicines and treatments for the poor. Apart from this we also promise pension schemes and right to shelter in it," said Rahul Gandhi.
