ഒരു എക്കോ- ഫ്രണ്ട്ലി ബക്രീദ്
ആടിന്‍റെ രൂപത്തിലുള്ള കേക്ക് മുറിച്ച് ബക്രീദ് ആഘോഷം
ഇത്തവണ ഇന്ത്യയില്‍ നടന്നത് പരിസ്ഥിതി സൗഹാര്‍ദ്ദത്തോടെയുള്ള ബക്രീദ്. ആടിന് പകരം മുറിച്ചത് കേക്ക്.ബാലിപെരുന്നാളിന് ഇത്തവണ ആടിന്‍റെ ചോര ഒഴുക്കാതെ ആടിന്‍റെ ഫോട്ടോ ഉള്ള കേക്ക് മുറിച്ചാണ് ഇന്ത്യയില്‍ ആഘോഷം നടത്തിയത്. ലക്നൌവില്‍ ആണ് ഇത്തരത്തില്‍ ബക്രീദ് ആഘോഷം നടന്നത്. മൃഗങ്ങളെ കൊന്നുകൊണ്ട് നടത്തുന്ന ആചാരം ശരിയല്ലെന്നും പകരം അവയുടെ രൂപമുള്ള കേക്ക് മുറിച്ച് ആഘോഷിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ അതില്‍ തെറ്റില്ലെന്നുമാണ്‌ അവര്‍ നല്‍കിയ വിശദീകരണം.കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്‍ഷം യോഗി ആദിത്യനാഥ് മൃഗങ്ങളെ കുരുതി കൊടുക്കുന്നതിനെതിരെ രംഗത്തെത്തിയിരുന്നു.
ഉത്തരാഖണ്ട് ഹൈക്കോടതിയും മൃഗങ്ങള്‍ക്കായി രംഗത്തെത്തിയതോടെ പരസ്യമായി ആടുകളെ അറുക്കാന്‍ പറ്റാത്ത അവസ്ഥ ആയിരുന്നു. ഇതോടെയാണ് കേക്ക് മുറിക്കല്‍ എന്ന ആശയം ഉടലെടുത്തത്. മൃഗങ്ങളെ കൊലക്ക് കൊടുക്കുന്നവര്‍ക്കെതിരെ കേസ് എടുക്കുമെന്നും കോടതി അറിയിച്ചു.
