વરાછામાં આવેલા ડાયમંડ વર્લ્ડમાં રાત્રે બંદૂક અને ચપ્પુ અણીએ હીરાની લૂંટ થતા વિસ્તારમાં ભયનો માહોલ ફેલાયો હતો. હીરાની ઓફિસમાં ઘૂસી અજાણ્યા ત્રણ ઈસમોએ લૂંટ ચલાવી ફરાર થઈ ગયા હતા. લૂંટની ઘટનાની જાણ વરાછા પોલીસને થતા પોલીસ સહિત ઉચ્ચ અધિકારીઓનો કાફલો ઘટના સ્થળે પહોંચી ગયો હતો અને ઓફિસમાં લાગેલા CCTV કેમેરાના ફૂટેજ મેળવી પોલીસ વધુ તપાસ કરી રહી છે.
ઘટનાની સંપૂર્ણ માહિતી અનુસાર વરાછા વિસ્તારના મીનીબજાર ખાતે આવેલા ડાયમંડ વર્લ્ડમાં એક હીરાની ઓફિસમાં મોડી રાત્રે અજાણ્યા ત્રણ ઈસમો ઘૂસી આવ્યા હતા અને કારીગરોને બંદૂક બતાવી બંધક બનાવી લીધા હતા. ત્યારબાદ ઓફિસમાં રહેલા 2 લાખના હીરાની લૂંટ કરી ફરાર થઈ ગયા હતા. લૂંટારુઓ ઓફિસમાં લાગેલા CCTVમાં કેદ થઈ ગયા છે. જેથી પોલીસે CCTV આધારે વધુ તપાસ હાથ ધરી છે.

    साउथ ईस्ट दिल्ली के ओखला थाने की पुलिस ने फेक्ट्री में लाखों की चोरी के एक बड़े मामले का खुलासा किया है. और इस मामले में आज 3 चोरों को गिरफ्तार किया है. इनके पास से कई एटीएम कार्ड, लेपटॉप, मोबाईल आदि बरामद किये गए हैं. इनकी गिरफ्तारी सीसीटीवी की मदद से की गई है.
    ओखला पुलिस की कैद में ये हैं विष्णु, विस्वजीत और विजय। इन्होंने 14 जनवरी को ओखला इंडस्ट्रियल एरिया इलाके में एक फेक्ट्री में चोरी की बड़ी वारदात को अंजाम दिया था. लेकिन इनकी वारदात वहां लगे सीसीटीवी में कैद हो गई थी. उसी की मदद से पुलिस ने जाँच आगे बढ़ाई। और एक-एक कर तीनों पुलिस की गिरफ्त में आ गए.
    इस सीसीटीवी को देखिये किस तरह इन चोरों ने फेक्ट्री में चोरी की वारदात को अंजाम दिया था. अब पुलिस ने इनको गिरफ्तार करके इनके पास से पुलिस ने चोरी किया गया लैपटॉप, मोबाइल फ़ोन, ATM कार्ड के आलावा ब्रांडेड जूते, कपड़े आदि भी बरामद किये हैं. ये चीजें इन्होंने फेक्ट्री के ऑफिस से चुराए गए एटीएम कार्ड से खरीदा था. इनके पास से हाउस ब्रैकिंग हथियार भी बरामद हुआ है जिससे ये वारदात को अंजाम देते थे.
