पंजाब प्रदूषण कंट्रोल बोर्ड की तरफ से किया गया प्रयास
बुलेट के पटाखों को रोकने के लिए शुरू की गई है मुहिम
5000 से ज्यादा हो चुके हैं चलान

पंजाब भर में अब तक 5000 से ज्यादा चलान हो चुके हैं। इस कारण अब सड़क पर दौड़ते बुलेटों के पटाखे बहुत कम देखने को मिल रहे हैं। यह कहना है, पंजाब प्रदूषण कंट्रोल बोर्ड के चेयरमैन काहन सिंह पन्नू का। पन्नू ने बताया कि बुलेट मोटरसाइकिल चालकों की तरफ से पाए जाते पटाखों को रोकने के लिए एक मुहिम का आगाज किया गया है। इसके चलते अब इसमें काफी सुधार देखने को मिल रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस मुहिम को बढ़िया बनाने के लिए युवकों की तरफ से भी उनको अच्छा साथ मिला।

    महाराष्ट्र में आज पॉलिथीन इस्तेमाल का आखिरी दिन है. कल से पूरे महाराष्ट्र में पॉलिथीन पर बैन लग जाएगा. पॉलिथीन पर बैन लगने से मुंबई समेत पूरे महाराष्ट्र पर इसका बड़ा असर पड़ेगा. कल के बाद अगर कोई दुकानदार या आम नागरिक पॉलिथीन इस्तेमाल करता पकड़ा गया तो उसपर पांच हजार रुपए का जुर्माना लगाया जाएगा. जबकि दूसरी बार में दस और तीसरी बार पकड़े जाने पर 25 हजार का जुर्माना लगेगा. साथ ही तीन महीने की जेल भी हो सकती है.हालांकि कुछ क्षेत्रों में प्लास्टिक के इस्तेमाल की छूट भी दी गई है. जैसे दवाओं की पैकिंग, कचरा इकट्ठा करने वाला बैग और ब्रांडेड सामान वगैरह.
