काला हिरण शिकार मामले (Blackbuck Poaching Case) में बॉलीवुड अभिनेता सलमान खान को जोधपुर की अदालत ने दोषी करार देते हुए 5 साल कैद और दस हजार जुर्माने की सजा सुनाई है, जबकि उनके साथ मामले में आरोपी रहे अन्य फिल्मी सितारों - सैफ अली खान, तब्बू, सोनाली बेंद्रे और नीलम - को बरी कर दिया गया है. बताया जा रहा है कि सलमान खान को जोधपुर के सेंट्रल जेल में भेजा जाएगा, जहां पहले से ही आसाराम कैद में है.

जोधपुर के चीफ ज्यूडिशियल मजिस्ट्रेट (CJM) की अदालत में सज़ा पर बहस के दौरान जहां सरकारी वकील ने अधिकतम सजा की मांग की थी, वहीं सलमान के वकील ने कम से कम सजा की मांग की थी.

काळवीट शिकार प्रकरणी दोषी ठरवलेल्या सलमान खानला 5 वर्षांची शिक्षा सुनाववण्यात आलीय. जोधपूर सत्र न्यायालयाने हा निर्णय दिलाय. सलमानला 5 वर्षांची शिक्षा झाल्याने त्याला जामीन मिळण्याचा मार्ग अवघड झालाय, त्यामुळे त्याची रवानगी तुरुंगात होईल. 20 वर्षांपूर्वी कांकणी गावात केलेल्या काळवीटाच्या शिकारीचं हे प्रकरण आहे. सलमान दोषी ठरला असला तरी त्याचे सहकारी सैफ अली खान, तब्बू, सोनाली बेंद्रे आणि नीलम यांना मात्र न्यायालयाने पुराव्याअभावी निर्दोष सोडलंय. सर्व आरोपींनी आपण निर्दोष असल्याचा युक्तीवाद न्यायालयापुढे केला, न्यायालयाने सलमानला दोषी ठरवलं तर इतरांची पुराव्याअभावी निर्दोष मुक्तता केली. दरम्यान, दोषमुक्त आरोपींविरोधात वरच्या न्यायालयात दाद मागणार असल्याचं बिष्णोई समाजानं सांगितलंय. वीस वर्षापूर्वीच्या काळवीट शिकार प्रकरणात पाच वर्ष तुरुंगवासाची शिक्षा झालेल्या सलमान खानला जोधपूर मध्यवर्ती कारागृहात आणण्यात आले आहे. सलमानच्या जामीन अर्जावर उद्या जोधपूर सत्र न्यायालयाने सुनावणी होणार आहे. त्यामुळे सलमानला आजची रात्र तुरुंगात काढावी लागणार आहे.
