Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi is interacting with farmers in Haryana. He explained why the Central government came up with a new land Acquisition Bill. In an indirect at Narendra Modi, he said "There are two types of leaders - one set talk a lot but do nothing. the other leaders believes in action. I want to act and do not believe in making speeches," said Rahul Gandhi.
