अंतराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस पर अशोक विहार के सुप्रभात क्लब के सदस्यों सामूहिक रूपसे योगाभ्यास किया --अशोक विहार के इस ब्लॉक में सुप्रभात क्लब के सदस्य यूँ तो नियमित रूप से पावर योगा करते है , लेकिन आज मौक़ा अंतराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस का था तो कुछ खास तो होना ही था ---सुबह करीब सवा तहत योगा के बाद माहौल भक्तमय भी हो गया ---वजह थी इस इस योगिभ्यास में इस्कॉन से जुड़े लोग भी पहुंचे --- इस योगाभ्यास में पावर योगा के जनक डीसी गुलशन नारंग भी सुप्रभात क्लब के सदस्यों के बीच पहुंचे --गुलशन नारंग ने सभी को योग दिवस की सुभकामनाएँ तो दी ही साथ ही पावर योगा के चमत्कारिक फायदे भी बताये

    दिल्ली नगर निगम चुनाव से पहले सुप्रभात क्लब ने वज़ीर पुर क्षेत्र के सभी पार्टियों के प्रत्याशियों का अपने क्लब से परिचय कराया तो चुनाव के बाद सभी का अभिनंदन करना भी नहीं भूला ---करीब 1000 सदस्यों वाले इस विशाल परिवार ने रविवार को एच ब्लॉक पार्क में क्षेत्र के सभी पार्टियों के नए और पुराने जनप्रतिनिधियों अभिनंदन के लिए आमंत्रित किया तो नजर कुछ ऐसा था ---यहाँ बीजेपी और आप के पूर्व और वर्तमान विधायक , नए पार्षद और प्रत्याशी सुबह तय समय पर पहुंचे---सुप्रभात क्लब के प्रमुख सदस्यों ने फूल मालाओं के साथ नए पार्षदों और पूर्व और वर्तमान विधायकों का स्वागत किया ---सभी ने सुप्रभात क्लब सदस्यों को भरोसा दिलाया की वे क्षेत्र के विकास के लिए पार्टी लाइन से हटकर एक दूसरे के साथ सहयोग के साथ काम करेंगे
    राजनीति में विरोधी पार्टियों के नेता और चुने हुए जनप्रतिनिधि भी एक मंच पर क्षेत्र के विकास के लिए पार्टी की लाइन से ऊपर उठकर परस्पर सहयोग का भरोसा दिलाएं ---आम जनता के साथ मस्ती करें और ठुमके लगाए ऐसा नजारा सप्रभात क्लब के मंच पर ही देखने को मिलता है ---( डांस , नाचते हुए के शॉट्स ) --अशोक विहार से शुरू हुए सुप्रभात क्लब की ख्याति तेज़ी से फली है तो इसकी वजह यही है की इस क्लब के सदस्य अपने स्वास्थ्य की ही चिंता नहीं करते बल्कि अपनी सामाजिक और रचनात्मक जिम्मेदारियों को भी निभाता आ रहा है
    रविवार को इस अभिनन्द समरोह से पहले योगा क्लास हुयी --इसके बाद हुआ जुम्मा डांस --योगा और जुम्मा का यह मिश्रण महिलाओं को भी खूब भा रहा है --( शॉट्स ) बड़ी संख्याएं में महिलाएं जब योगा और डांस करती है तो यह उन्हें आनंद ही नहीं देता बल्कि मानसिक तनाव और शारीरिक थकान से भो दूर कर देता है।
