    താര രാജാവിനു ഇപ്പോള്‍ അല്പം മോശം സമയമാണ്; എ എം എം എ യിലെ വിവാദങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് പിറകെ ഇതാ സംസ്ഥാന ഖാദി ബോര്‍ഡും മോഹന്‍ലാലിനെതിരെ രംഗത്തെത്തിയിരിക്കുകയാണ് .മോഹന്‍ലാലിനും എംസിആആര്‍ ടെക്‌സ്റ്റയില്‍ ഗ്രൂപ്പിനുമെതിരെ നിയമ നടപടിയുമായി സംസ്ഥാന ഖാദി ബോര്‍ഡ്. ചര്‍ക്കയുമായി യാതൊരുവിധ ബന്ധവുമില്ലാത്ത മുണ്ടിന്റെ പരസ്യത്തില്‍ ചര്‍ക്കയില്‍ നൂല് നൂറ്റുകൊണ്ട് അഭിനയിച്ചതിനാണ് മോഹന്‍ലാലിനെതിരെ ഖാദി ബോര്‍ഡ് നിയമനടപടി സ്വീകരിച്ചത്. ദേശീയതയുടെ അടയാളങ്ങളിലൊന്നായ ചര്‍ക്കയെ ഖാദിയുമായോ ചര്‍ക്കയുമായോയാതൊരു ബന്ധവുമില്ലാത്ത ഉല്‍പ്പന്നങ്ങളുടെ പരസ്യത്തില്‍ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത് തെറ്റായ നടപടിയാണ്. മോഹന്‍ലാലിനെ പോലൊരു നടന്‍ ഇത്തരം പര്യസങ്ങളുടെ ഭാഗമാവുന്നത് ജനങ്ങളില്‍ തെറ്റിദ്ധാരണ സൃഷ്ടിക്കാന്‍ ഇടയാക്കും. ഖാദിയെന്ന പേരില്‍ വ്യാജതുണിത്തരങ്ങള്‍ വിപണിയില്‍ സജീവമാകുന്നത് തടയുന്നതിനും കൂടിയാണ് നടപടി.

    പരസ്യത്തിന് വിശദീകരണം നല്‍കണം എന്നാവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് എംസിആര്‍ ഗ്രൂപ്പിനും നോട്ടീസ് നല്‍കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.


    മോഹന്‍ലാലിനും എംസിആര്‍ ഗ്രൂപ്പിനും എതിരെ പത്ത് ദിവസം മുമ്പ് വക്കീല്‍ നോട്ടീസ് അയച്ചിരുന്നു.
    ഖാദി തുണിത്തരങ്ങള്‍ മാത്രമാണ് ചര്‍ക്ക ഉപയോഗിച്ച് നിര്‍മ്മിക്കുന്നത്. മാത്രമല്ല ചര്‍ക്ക ദേശീയതയുടെ ഒരു അടയാളം കൂടിയാണ്. ഖാദി എന്ന പേരില്‍ വ്യാജ തുണിത്തരങ്ങള്‍ വസ്ത്ര വിപണിയില്‍ സജീവമാകുന്നുവെന്നതും ഇതും കൂട്ടിച്ചേര്‍ത്ത് വായിക്കണമെന്നും ഖാദി ബോര്‍ഡ് വൈസ് ചെയര്‍മാന്‍ ശോഭനാ ജോര്‍ജ് പറഞ്ഞു.
