ആരാധനാലയങ്ങളിലെ ദുരാചാരങ്ങളും അപമാനിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതും അടക്കമുള്ള പരാതികളില്‍ വിശ്വാസികള്‍ക്ക് കോടതിയെ സമീപിക്കാം. ഏതു മതത്തില്‍ പെട്ടതാണെങ്കിലും ആരാധനാലയങ്ങളുടെ ഭരണം , ശുചിത്വം, നടത്തിപ്പ്, സ്വത്ത് സംരക്ഷണം, വസ്ത്രങ്ങളുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടുള്ള ആചാരങ്ങള്‍ തുടങ്ങിയ വിഷയങ്ങളില്‍ പരാതി ഉണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ ജില്ലാ ജഡ്ജിയെ അറിയിക്കാം.ജില്ലാ ജഡ്ജി പരാതി വിശദമായി പഠിച്ച് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് തയ്യാറാക്കി ഹൈക്കോടതിക്ക് നല്‍കണമെന്നും ഹൈക്കോടതി ഇത് പൊതു താത്പര്യമായി പരിഗണിച്ച് ഉത്തരവിറക്കണമെന്നുമാണ് നിര്‍ദ്ദേശം.ഓടീഷയിലെ പുരി ജഗന്നാഥ ക്ഷേത്രത്തില്‍ എല്ലാ വിശ്വാസികള്‍ക്കും പ്രവേശനം അനുവദിച്ചുള്ള വിധിന്യായത്തിലാണ് കോടതി ഇക്കാര്യം പറഞ്ഞത്.
