सिद्धार्थनगर जिले के जोगिया ब्लाक मे पडने वाले गाँव मसीना करौंधा मे भारत सरकार के वित्त राज्य मंत्री शिव प्रताप शुक्ला ने चौपाल लगाकर लोगों की समस्याओं को सुना, और प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना, उज्जवला योजना, सौभाग्य योजना, जनधन योजना के लाभार्थियो को सम्मानित किया और भारत सरकार की योजनाओं को लोगों तक पहुंचने का अधिकारीयों से आहवाहन भी किया, इस अवसर पर मंत्री ने बोलते हुए सरकार की योजनाओं का बखान किया साथ ही जिले को भारत के नक्शे मे लाने का आश्वासन भी दिया, आपको बताते चले की सिद्धार्थनगर जिले का चयन नीति आयोग मे आता है जो अति पिछडे जिलो मे से एक है.
