कालाधन रखने वालों को सरकार ने आखिरी मौका दिया है। सरकार ने आज से एक नई इनकम डिसक्लोजर स्कीम शुरू कर दी है... इस स्कीम के तहत 50 फीसदी टैक्स और जुर्माना देकर आप अपनी काली कमाई को सफेद कर सकते हैं। सरकार की यह नई इनकम डिसक्लोजर स्कीम 31 मार्च तक रहेगी। जो लोग 31 मार्च के बाद ब्लैकमनी के साथ पकडे गए, उन पर कडी कानूनी कार्रवाही की जाएगी। इससे बचने के लिए कालेधन वालों को अपनी काली कमाई का आधा हिस्सा गरीब कल्याण के लिए सरकार को देना होगा। यानी की इस योजना के तहत धन की घोषणा करने वालों को अपनी रकम का एक चौथाई हिस्सा ऐसे खाते में चार साल तक रखना होगा, जिसमें कोई ब्याज नहीं दिया जाएगा..यहां बड़ी बात ये है कि इस स्कीम के तहत अपनी अघोषित आय का खुलासा करनेवालों पर कोई कानूनी कार्रवाई नहीं होगी. हालांकि मनी लॉड्रिंग जैसे आपराधिक कानूनों के उल्लंघन की सूरत में कोई रियायत नहीं मिलेगी. यही नहीं, प्रधानमंत्री गरीब कल्याण योजना के तहत कालेधन का खुलासा करने वालों की जानकारी पूरी तरह से गुप्त रखी जाएगी. सरकार ने इसको लेकर आयकर कानून में जरूरी संसोधन पर संसद और राष्ट्रपति की मंजूरी भी ले ली है. सरकार ने इसके अलावा लोगों से यह आग्रह भी किया है कि वे काले धन से जुड़ी कोई भी सूचना सरकार को ई-मेल के ज़रिये भेज सकते हैं.
