You've seen and heard about QuickTrim...the three Kardashians girls only promote it in every possible thing they do!! But they are in some big trouble over it!

The sisters claim they got their fantastic bodies all thanks to a diet pill called QuickTrim, but a new $5-million dollar lawsuit says the girls are lying!

According to the suit, filed in New York by Bursor & Fisher, the Kardashians fed lies to the public through commercials, magazines and social media since 2009.

The claim says there's no POSSIBLE way QuickTrim could've helped the Kardashians lose weight ... because the main ingredient is caffeine and the FDA has determined caffeine is not a safe or effective treatment for weight control.

The plaintiffs say they would NEVER have bought the QuickTrim products if the Kim, Kourtney and Khloe hadn't told them to. So, once again the Kardashians have provided another example of something girls shouldn't do!

    Snooki Sued For $7 Million Dollars

    Snooks might wanna put the boob job on hold because she might not be able to afford it if she loses this lawsuit.

    Last year, Snooki had partnered with SRG Ventures to launch an array of Snooki-related merchandise, she stopped working with the company and filed a lawsuit in October claiming that the company didn't fulfill its obligation to make her enough money.

    Now SRG Ventures is firing back with a counterclaim against the pint sized reality star and her management company claiming that she was actually the one who sabotaged the deal by making deals with other brands.


    Snooks rep told the Post "Ms. Polizzi disputes SRG's version of the facts and looks forward to her day in court."

    The Mega Million jackpot is now $640 million dollars. Friday morning the jackpot was $540 million. The lottery said an "unprecedented sales nationwide" caused $100 million jump.

    Virginia Lottery Executive Director Paula Otto said most people wait until the day of the drawing to buy tickets, so it has been a challenge to predict just how much the jackpot will increase.

    "We expect to sell somewhere between 12 and 14 million tickets [in Virginia] for the drawing," Otto said. "We'll sell close to nine million of those on Friday."

    Otto said during the busiest part of the day, she expected the lottery to sell 17,000 tickets per minute. She expected at least half of all adults in Virginia to buy a Mega Million ticket for this drawing.

    "We're pretty sure we'll have a winner, probably more than one, just based on the number of tickets being sold," Otto said. "If by some chance we did not have a winner, I think we'd probably be, potentially be, in the billion-dollar category."
