The Barefoot College of Tilonia, Rajasthan, has been actively engaged with providing self-sustainable means and training for basic services within rural areas. The primary focus of the organization is to create trained engineers for the solar projects to generate power. The film looks at the six month long solar engineering programme that selects women from across over the world who study the handling of electrical components and soldering and use their indigenous knowledge in the process.
