इंसानों पर जुल्म कर खुद को महाशक्ति बनाने की होड़ में इंसानियत धीरे-धीरे खत्म होती जा रही है। 2015 में तुर्की के बीच पर सीरिया के तीन साल के मासूम आयलन कुर्दी की लाश ने पूरी दुनिया का ध्यान अपनी ओर खींचा था। वहीं इस बार भी म्यांमार से एक ऐसी ही तस्वीर सामने आई है, जहां 16 महीने के एक बच्चे की लाश कीचड़ में सनी हुई पाई गई है। इस मासूम की तस्वीर म्यांमार में चल रहे गृहयुध्द और वहां के लोगों की बेबसी बताने के लिए काफी है। इस मासूम का नाम मोहम्मद शोहयात है। जानकारी के मुताबिक, आयलन की ही तरह शोहयात भी अपने परिवार के साथ अपना देश म्यांमार छोड़कर दूसरे देश बांग्लादेश जा रहा था।

മ്യാന്മാര് സൈന്യത്തിന്റെ അതിക്രമങ്ങളെ തുടര്ന്ന് റഖിനെ സ്റ്റേറ്റില് നിന്നും പലായനം ചെയ്ത റോഹിംഗ്യന് മുസ്ലിംകളുടെ വിശാലമായ കൃഷിപ്പാടങ്ങളില് നിന്ന് വിളവെടുക്കുന്നത് മ്യാന്മര് ഭരണകൂടംമെന്ന് റിപ്പോര്ട്ട് റഖിനെ സ്റ്റേറ്റിലെ റോഹിംഗ്യ ഭൂരിപക്ഷ പ്രദേശമായ മുംഗ്ഡോയില് മാത്രം 71,000 ഏക്കര് സ്ഥലത്തെ നെല്കൃഷി തങ്ങള് വിളവെടുക്കുകയാണെന്ന് ഭരണകൂടം ഔദ്യോഗികമായി അറിയിച്ചു. ഓടിപ്പോയ ബംഗാളികള് എപ്പോഴാണ് തിരികെ വരികയെന്ന് നിശ്ചയമില്ലാത്തതിനാലാണ് തങ്ങള് വിളവെടുപ്പ് നടത്തുന്നതെന്നും മുംഗ്ഡോ കൃഷി വകുപ്പ് തലവന് തെയ്ന് വായ് പറഞ്ഞു.ബ്ലംഗാദേശിലേക്ക് പലായനം ചെയ്ത ബംഗാളികളുടെ നെല്പ്പാടങ്ങളില് നാം വിളവെടുക്കുകയാണെന്നാണ് പരിഹാസത്തോടെയാണ് വായ് പറഞ്ഞത്. മ്യാന്മര് പൗരത്വം നിഷേധിക്കപ്പെട്ട റോഹിംഗ്യന് മുസ്ലിംകള് ബംഗ്ലാദേശി കുടിയേറ്റക്കാരാണെന്നാണ് മ്യാന്മറിന്റെ വാദം.
പൊതുവെ ദരിദ്രരായ റോഹിംഗ്യക്കാര് കഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട് കൃഷി ചെയ്ത നെല്പ്പാടങ്ങള് ഭരണകൂടം കെയ്തെടുക്കുന്നത്. ആക്രമണത്തെ തുടര്ന്ന് ബംഗ്ലാദേശിലേക്ക് പലായനം ചെയ്ത റോഹിംഗ്യകളാവട്ടെആവശ്യത്തിന് വെള്ളമോ ഭക്ഷണമോ മരുന്നോ വസ്ത്രങ്ങളോ തലചായ്ക്കാനൊരിടമോ ഇല്ലാതെ അഞ്ച് ലക്ഷത്തിലേറെ പേരാണ് ബംഗ്ലാദേശില് മാത്രം കഴിയുന്നത്.

മ്യാന്മാറില് റോഹിങ്ക്യന് ജനങ്ങള്ക്കുനേരെയുണ്ടായ ആക്രമങ്ങള് മനുഷ്യത്വരഹിതമാണെന്ന് ആംനസ്റ്റി ഇന്റര്നാഷണല്. ചൊവ്വാഴ്ച അവതരിപ്പിച്ച റിപ്പോര്ട്ടിലാണ് ഇക്കാര്യം സൂചിപ്പിച്ചത്. മ്യാന്മാര് സൈന്യത്തിന്റെ ആക്രമണത്തെ തുടര്ന്ന് ബംഗ്ലാദേശിലേയ്ക്ക് പോയ റോഹിങ്ക്യന് ജനങ്ങള് തിരിച്ചെത്തിയാല് വീണ്ടും ദുരനുഭവമുണ്ടായേക്കാമെന്ന് സംശയവും റിപ്പോര്ട്ടിലുണ്ട്.എന്നാല് നിലവില് പ്രശ്നം പരിഹരിക്കാന് ബംഗ്ലാദേശുമായി ഉഭയകക്ഷി ചര്ച്ചയ്ക്ക് തയ്യാറാണെന്നു മ്യാന്മാര് സര്ക്കാര് അറിയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. കഴിഞ്ഞ രണ്ടു വര്ഷമായി റോഹിങ്ക്യന് അഭയാര്ഥികള് നേരിടുന്ന കഷ്ടപാടും ദുരിതവും റിപ്പോര്ട്ടില് വിവരിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.മ്യാന്മാര് സൈന്യത്തിന്റെ ആക്രമത്തെ തുടര്ന്ന് ആറുലക്ഷത്തോളം റോഹിങ്ക്യന് ജനങ്ങളാണ് ബംഗ്ലാദേശിലേയ്ക്ക് പലായനം ചെയ്തത്. മ്യാന്മാറില് നിന്ന് പൂര്ണ്ണമായും റോഹിങ്ക്യന് ജനങ്ങളെ തുടച്ചു നീക്കുകയാണ് ലക്ഷ്യം. ഇതിന് സര്ക്കാരിന്റെ പിന്തുണയുമുണ്ട്. മ്യാന്മാറില് നടന്ന വംശീയഹത്യക്കെതിരെ ഐക്യരാഷ്ട്രസഭ രംഗത്തെത്തിയിരുന്നു. മ്യാന്മാര് സര്ക്കാരിന്റെ നടപടി വന് വിപത്താണ് ക്ഷണിച്ചു വരുത്തുന്നതെന്ന് യുഎന് അറിയിച്ചിരുന്നു.
