In a clear dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi saying he was playing the drum while the country faced a plethora of problems, referring to Modi's playing traditional Japanese Taiko drums during his five-day tour of Japan. "The Prime Minister is playing drum while here there is no power, no water and vegetable prices are shooting up," Rahul told reporters when asked to comment about the NDA government's 100 days during his recent visit to Amethi.
