ആധാര്‍ ഇല്ലാതെ സിം കാര്ഡ് നല്‍കില്ലെന്ന ഡീലര്‍മാരുടെ തീരുമാനത്തിനെതിരെ കേന്ദ്രം .ആധാര്‍ മൊബൈല്‍ സിം കാര്ഡിന് നിര്‍ബന്ധമാക്കേണ്ടതില്ലെന്ന് സര്ക്കാര് നിര്‍ദ്ദേശം.മറ്റ് തിരിച്ചറിയല്‍ രേഖകളായ ഡ്രൈവിംഗ് ലൈസന്‍സ്,പാസ്‌പോര്‍ട്ട്,വോട്ടേഴ്‌സ് ഐഡി തുടങ്ങിയ തിരിച്ചറിയല്‍ രേഖകളുണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ സിം അനുവദിക്കണമെന്ന് ടെലികോം സെക്രട്ടറി അരുണ സുന്ദരരാജന്‍ അറിയിച്ചു.എല്ലാ മൊബൈല്‍ കമ്പനികള്‍ക്കും കേന്ദ്രം ഇത് സംബന്ധിച്ച് നിര്‍ദ്ദേശം നല്‍കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.
ആധാര്‍ ഇല്ലാത്ത കാരണത്താല്‍ രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ വിവിധ ഭാഗങ്ങളിലും ജനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് മൊബൈല്‍ സിം നിഷേധിക്കുന്നതായി റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടുകളുണ്ടായിരുന്നു.ആധാര്‍ ഇല്ലാതെ സിം കാര്ഡ് നല്‍കില്ലെന്ന ഡീലര്‍മാരുടെ തീരുമാനം സാധാരണക്കാരെ മാത്രമല്ല രാജ്യത്തെത്തുന്ന വിനോദ സഞ്ചാരികളെയും വിദേശികളെയും ബാധിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.ഇതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെയാണ് സര്ക്കാര് ഇക്കാര്യം ഗൗരവമായി കാണുന്നതും ടെലികോം സെക്രട്ടറി വ്യക്തമാക്കി.അന്തിമ വിധി വരുന്നത് വരെ സിം കാര്ഡിന് ആധാര്‍ നിര്‍ബന്ധമല്ലെന്ന് സുപ്രീംകോടതിയും നിലപാടടെടുത്തിരുന്നു.દ્વારા News60 ML | 1371 અભિપ્રાયો

ആധാര്‍ ഇല്ലാത്ത കാരണത്താല്‍ രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ വിവിധ ഭാഗങ്ങളിലും ജനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് മൊബൈല്‍ സിം നിഷേധിക്കുന്നതായി റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടുകളുണ്ടായിരുന്നു.ആധാര്‍ ഇല്ലാതെ സിം കാര്ഡ് നല്‍കില്ലെന്ന ഡീലര്‍മാരുടെ തീരുമാനം സാധാരണക്കാരെ മാത്രമല്ല രാജ്യത്തെത്തുന്ന വിനോദ സഞ്ചാരികളെയും വിദേശികളെയും ബാധിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.ഇതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെയാണ് സര്ക്കാര് ഇക്കാര്യം ഗൗരവമായി കാണുന്നതും ടെലികോം സെക്രട്ടറി വ്യക്തമാക്കി.അന്തിമ വിധി വരുന്നത് വരെ സിം കാര്ഡിന് ആധാര്‍ നിര്‍ബന്ധമല്ലെന്ന് സുപ്രീംകോടതിയും നിലപാടടെടുത്തിരുന്നു.
