Congress Vie President Rahul Gandhi while addressing a mammoth party poll rally in Jharkhand’s Jagannathpur, took a swipe at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his policies. The assembly polls in Jharkhand began from November 25. Campaigning for the second phase is on voting for which is slated for December 02. The Congress party vice-president questioned that were these the "good days" which they had promised before the elections?
