Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi, while addressing the function to declare the end of Janpaksha Yatra led by Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) president VM Sudheeran, applauded the working of the party in Kerala and said that this is going to be the model for the party in the rest of the country. However, Rahul Gandhi cautioned the party leaders to see that they remained united.
