Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi tore into the BJP while addressing a mammoth election rally at Rajouri in poll bound Jammu and Kashmir. "He used to make statements of teaching Pakistan and China a lesson while campaigning during the Lok Sabha elections, but nothing happened till date," he said. Apprising people of the work done during the UPA regime, Rahul said the government had worked for the poor and downtrodden and schemes like the MGNREGA and the NRHM were a few examples.
