    ആയുഷ്മാൻഭാരത് പദ്ധതിയിൽനിന്നു തികച്ചും വ്യത്യസ്തമായാണ് സംസ്ഥാനം ആരോഗ്യപദ്ധതി നടപ്പാക്കുക

    കേന്ദ്രസർക്കാരിന്റെ ആയുഷ്മാൻ ഇൻഷുറൻസ് പദ്ധതി സംസ്ഥാനത്തിന്റെ പ്രത്യേക സാഹചര്യം പരിഗണിച്ച് രണ്ട്‌ സ്ലാബിൽ നടപ്പാക്കാൻ നീക്കം. ഒരു കുടുംബത്തിന് വർഷത്തിൽ അഞ്ചുലക്ഷം രൂപയ്ക്കുള്ള ആരോഗ്യചികിത്സാ ഇൻഷുറൻസ് പദ്ധതിയാണ് കേന്ദ്രത്തിന്റേത്. 2011-ലെ സെൻസസ് അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ലിസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ട പാവപ്പെട്ട കുടുംബങ്ങളെയാണ് പദ്ധതിയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നത്. സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് ചെറിയ ശതമാനം കുടുംബങ്ങളേ ഈ പരിധിയിൽ വരൂ. കൂടുതൽ പേരെ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്താൻ രണ്ടുലക്ഷത്തിന്റെയും മൂന്നു ലക്ഷത്തിന്റെയും രണ്ടു സ്ലാബുകളാക്കി പദ്ധതി മാറ്റാനാണ് ആലോചിക്കുന്നത്. നിലവിലുള്ള ആർ.എസ്.ബി.വൈ. പദ്ധതി ഇല്ലാതാകുകയും കാരുണ്യ െബനവലന്റ് പദ്ധതി ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള മറ്റ് ആരോഗ്യപദ്ധതികൾ മുഴുവൻ ആയുഷ്മാൻ ഭാരതിന്റെ ഭാഗമാക്കി മാറ്റും.ആർ.എസ്.ബി.വൈ.യിലും ചിസ് പദ്ധതിയിലുമായി 41 ലക്ഷം കുടുംബങ്ങൾക്കാണ് സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് ഇൻഷുറൻസ് പരിരക്ഷ നൽകുന്നത്. എന്നാൽ, കേന്ദ്രത്തിന്റെ ആയുഷ്മാൻ ഭാരത് മാത്രമാകുമ്പോൾ അത് 15 ലക്ഷത്തിൽ താഴെയാവും. ലക്ഷക്കണക്കിന് കുടുംബങ്ങൾ പദ്ധതിയിൽനിന്ന് പുറത്താകും.ആയുഷ്മാൻഭാരത് പദ്ധതിയിൽനിന്നു തികച്ചും വ്യത്യസ്തമായാണ് സംസ്ഥാനം ആരോഗ്യപദ്ധതി നടപ്പാക്കുക. നിലവിലുള്ള എല്ലാ പദ്ധതികളും കൂട്ടിയോജിപ്പിച്ച് പരമാവധി ആൾക്കാരെ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയായിരിക്കും ഇത്. ഇക്കാര്യം എം.ഒ.യു. ഒപ്പിടുമ്പോൾ കേന്ദ്രത്തെ അറിയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. പ്രീമിയത്തിന്റെ കാര്യത്തിലും മാറ്റം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. കേരളത്തിന്റെ പ്രത്യേക സാഹചര്യം കണക്കിലെടുത്താണിത്.
