Member of Comunidade of Anjuna on Thursday filed a writ petition praying to restrain and evict the Sunburn Electronic dance Music (EDM) organisers from using the land at Vagator without paying the full amount of over Rs 2.43 crore to the Comunidade of Anjuna for using the land for three days. The petition came for hearing today, where the organisers told the high court that they have deposited Rs. 2.43 crore demand draft before the administrators of communidade. Organisers claim that they had issued cheque of the same amount which the Communidade refused to accept and the Communidade demanded a 'Demand Draft' hence it was delayed
