North Distt. Nangli Puna की ग्राम सभा व DDA की योजना की जमीन पर धड़ल्ले से अवैध प्लाटिंग
राजस्व विभाग के उत्तरी जिले के अंतर्गत नंगली पूना गांव की ग्राम सभा व DDA की योजना में डाली गई जमीन पर हो रही है धड़ल्ले से अवैध प्लाटिंग। नंगली पूना का जो गंदे नाले का पुल बना हुआ है वहां उस नाले के पुश्ते के साथ-साथ स्वरूप नगर तक पूरे क्षेत्र में कई जगह हरी-भरी फसलों को काटकर उसके ऊपर अवैध कॉलोनीयां बसाने की कोशिश की जा रही है।
स्थानीय निवासियों ने आरोप लगाया कि यहां पर चकबंदी के दौरान की ग्राम सभा की जो जमीन थी उस पर भी अवैध कब्जा हो रहा है। जिस जमीन पर पार्क या कुछ जनता के हित की चीजें बनी थी वहां पर अवैध कब्जे हो रहे हैं। साथ ही स्थानीय निवासियों ने कहा कि उन्होंने वे जमीन DDA की योजना में डाल रखी है और बाद में यदि डीडीए उसके ऊपर कुछ कार्य करेगी तो गरीब लोग मारे जाएंगे। क्योंकि अवैध कॉलोनी बसाने वाले वहां 50 गज और 100 गज के छोटे छोटे प्लॉट बनाकर बेच कर वहां से चले जाएंगे और जब डीडीए जागेगा और वहां पर डेमोलेशन करेगा तो वे खरीददार गरीब लोग मारे जाएंगे।
इसलिए स्थानीय लोग प्रशासन से अनुरोध कर रहे हैं कि वक्त रहते यहां पर इस अवैध निर्माण को रोका जाए। साथ ही उसमें ग्राम सभा की जो सरकारी जमीन है उस पर भी कब्जा हो रहा है जिस पर नगर निगम ने जरूर हल्का डेमोलेशन किया है लेकिन दिल्ली सरकार का राजस्व विभाग ने वहां पर अभी तक कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की और ना ही राजस्व विभाग की तरफ से यह जगह ग्रामसभा की सरकारी लैंड होने के बोर्ड आदि लगवाए हैं।
फिलहाल गांव के लोगों ने ही अब यहां पर इस अवैध प्लाटिंग का विरोध करना शुरू कर दिया है। अब देखने वाली बात होगी कि कब दिल्ली सरकार का राजस्व विभाग जागता है और यहां पर कार्रवाई करता है।

In order to solve the case and apprehend the criminals involved in the case, a team comprising of SI Ajit Singh, HCSushil, HCAman, HC Manoj, HC Nitesh, Ct. Narender, Ct. Vikas and Ct. Pradeep was constituted under the supervision of Insp. Ajay Dalal, SHO/Cyber Police Station, Distt. Rohini and under overall close supervision of Sh. Ishwar Singh, ACP/Operations Cell/Rohini.
INVESTIGATION AND INTERROGATION
On receipt of the complaint, a case vide FIR No. 39/2022 U/s 419/420IPC was registered at PS Cyber Rohini and investigation was takenup. During the course of investigation, on the basis of money trail, it was learnt that the cheated amount has been transferred into bank accounts at Neemuch, Madhy Pradesh. On further analysis, it was learnt that more than Rs 75 lacs have been transferred into the alleged account within 02 days and Crypto Currency i.e. USDT is being purchased on various platforms from the cheated money. On the basis of deep analysis, some suspects were zeroed in. Subsequently, technical surveillance was also mounted on the suspects and it was learnt that the alleged are operating from the area of Chittorgarh, Rajasthan.
Accordingly, raids were conducted at Chittorgarh, Rajasthan and on the basis of technical analysis as well as human intelligence, four accused persons were apprehended. On interrogation, the accused persons revealed their identity as (1) Deepak Patwa, aged 23 years R/o Bhattwara Mohalla, Akola, District: Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, (2) Sunil Kumar Khatik, aged 34 years R/o Neemuch, Madhya Pradesh (3) Dev Kishan, aged 32 yearsR/o Patauliya, Akola, District: Chittorgarh, Rajasthan.and (4) SureshSingh, aged 45இவரால் AA News | 41230 பார்வைகள்
