    अलीगढ़ के थाना सिविल लाइन इलाके की रहने वाली महिला की तरह से परिवार न्यायालय में अपने जीवन साथी पति से तीन तलाक लेने को लेकर एक अजीब तरीके का प्रार्थना पत्र दायर किया है। प्रार्थना पत्र में दिल्ली के द्वारिका निवासी महिला ने अपने शौहर पर सजने संवरने के लिए पैसा नहीं देने का आरोप लगाया है। जिसके चलते महिला ने अपने शौहर से तलाक मांगने के लिए न्यायालय में यह अर्जी दायर की है, महिला ने अर्जी में लिखा है कि वह अपने पति से बार-बार सजने सवरने के लिए पैसा मांगती है, लेकिन पति उसको सजने-संवरने के लिए पैसा नहीं देता इसलिए अब उसे अपने पति से तलाक चाहिए। इसके उपरांत काउंसलर के द्वारा पति से तीन तलाक मांगने वाली पत्नी को समझाने का काफी प्रयास किया। लेकिन महिला अपने पति से तलाक लेने की जिद पर अड़ी हुई है।

    दरअसल सिविल लाइन इलाके की रहने वाली एक महिला के द्वारा परिवार परामर्श न्यायालय में एक तहरीर दी गयी है,तहरीर में महिला ने अपने पति पर आरोप लगाया है कि वह उससे सजने संवरने के लिए पैसा मांगती है लिटिल सोहर उसे पैसा नहीं देता और सजने सवरने से मना भी करता है, इस बात से परेशान महिला परिवार न्यायालय में पहुंची जहां उसने तहरीर देकर अपने पति से तलाक की मांग की है जिसके बाद परिवार न्यायालय में तैनात काउंसलर योगेश सारस्वत ने पत्नी को काफी समझाने का प्रयास किया.लेकिन वह अपने पति से तलाक लेने की जिद पर अड़ी हुई है,

    दरअसल 2015 में महिला के निजी कंपनी में सेवारत युवक से शादी हुई थी. दंपत्ति पर आज तक कोई संतान नहीं है। पत्नी का आरोप है कि उसने घर के अन्य जरूरी खर्चे के साथ-साथ श्रंगार करने के सामान के लिए पैसे मांगे तो पति ने देने से इंकार कर दिया। इसी बात पर विवाद बढ़ गया और पति-पत्नी के बीच मारपीट तक होने लगी दोनों के बीच दूरियां इतनी बड़ी के पत्नी अपने पति से तलाक लेने पर आमादा हो गई है। इसके साथ ही पत्नी ने अपने पति पर आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि उसका पति उससे बोला कि तू इतनी सुंदर भी नहीं है जो इस घर में रह सके, और ना ही वह उसके लायक है इसलिए मैं तुझे इस घर से निकाल रहा हूं, उसके बाद उसके पति और ससुरालजनों ने मारपीट कर रात को 11:00 बजे घर की दहलीज से उसको धक्के देकर ससुराल से बेघर कर बाहर निकाल दिया।
