MLA marshalled out of house for creating rucks in JK Assembly
Independent MLA Engineer Rashid was today marshalled out of the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly after the Deputy Speaker ordered his suspension for the session for two days for disrupting proceedings.
However, Deputy Speaker Nazir Ahmed Gurezi later revoked his order and allowed him come back to house with a direction not to disrupt the house again.
The MLA had raised ruckus in the house in protest over detention of an 86-year-old man and a 14-year-old minor boy under the Public Safety Act (PSA) by police and sought a reply from the government.
Later while giving reply in the house, parliamentary affairs minister Abdul Rahman Veeri said that as per the SSP and DC the boy is not minor.By Jammu Links News | 374 views

रविन्द्र चौधरी/ जवाली। हिमाचल प्रदेश के जिला कांगड़ा के जवाली उपमंडल के तहत हरसर पंचायत में मारपीट का एक वीडियो वायरल हुआ है। हालांकि,कहा जा रहा है कि मामला आपसी समझौते के बाद निपटा लिया गया है। लेकिन तब तक वीडियो वायरल ( Video Viral)हो चुका था। ग्राम सभा की बैठक में किसी का नाम बीपीएल सूची (BPL list) से बाहर किया जा रहा था, इसको लेकर बहस-बाजी के बाद मारामारी शुरू हो गई। जानकारी के मुताबिक ग्राम पंचायत हरसर में ग्राम सभा की बैठक हुई जिसमें बीपीएल/ आईआरडीपी सूची से नाम काटने व नए नाम डालने की प्रक्रिया शुरू हुई। जैसे ही लिस्ट पढ़ी जाने लगी तो दो गुट बन गए। अगर किसी एक का नाम आईआरडीपी से काटने और दूसरे किसी को शामिल करने की बात की जाए तो एक गुट सहमत हो जाए और दूसरा गुट विरोध जताने लगे। इसबी बीच पूर्व प्रधान व एक व्यक्ति में काफी गहमागहमी हो गई। यह गहमागहमी लड़ाई- झगड़े में तबदील हो गई। पंचायत कार्यालय में ही दोनों गुटों में लात-घूंसे चले तथा दोनों पक्षों को काफी चोटें आईं।
