    संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा के आह्वान पर भारत बंद के चलते सोमवार को मुजफ्फरनगर में बाजारों एवं व्यापार पर तो भारत बंद का कोई खास असर नहीं दिखा लेकिन मुख्य सड़कों पर भारतीय किसान यूनियन के नेतृत्व में किसान चक्का जाम किए रहे। रालोद नेताओं ने भी भारत बंद का पूर्ण समर्थन किया और भाकियू नेताओं के साथ जाम में शामिल रहे। राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग 58 पर खतौली फ्लाईओवर के नीचे भारतीय किसान यूनियन के वरिष्ठ नेता राजू अहलावत के नेतृत्व में हजारों की संख्या में किसानों ने चक्का जाम किया, इस दौरान वहां बाकायदा ट्रैक्टर ट्रॉली पर मंच भी बनाया गया, जिस पर रागिनी कार्यक्रम भी चला। भारतीय किसान यूनियन के वरिष्ठ नेता राजू अहलावत ने कहा कि किसानों की बड़े स्तर पर कुछ समस्याओं के साथ-साथ कुछ लोकल समस्याएं भी हैं, 10 महीने से किसान धरने पर क्या बैठ गया, यहां का प्रशासन भी भ्रष्टाचार में लिप्त हो गया है, कोई काम बिना पैसे के नहीं हो रहा है सबसे बड़ा मुद्दा कृषि बिल है, एक मुद्दा एमएसपी का है, किसान बिल को तो हमारे राकेश जी देख रहे हैं, थाने, ब्लॉक, तहसील पर हर काम पैसे से हो रहा है। भाकियू नेता राजू अहलावत ने रालोद नेताओं को नसीहत देते हुए कहा कि इस किसान आंदोलन से सबसे ज्यादा फायदा रालोद को है, लेकिन जो लोकल नेता हैं वह पार्टी बाजी ना करें। इस चक्का जाम से आमजन भी काफी परेशान रहा हालांकि बीमार, एंबुलेंस, सेना के वाहनों को भारतीय किसान यूनियन के पदाधिकारियों ने नहीं रोका। इस दौरान भारी पुलिस बल की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की दृष्टि से तैनात रहा।
