Same Sex Marriage पर Supreme Court का 3-2 के अंतर से आया निर्णय, समलैंगिक विवाह को कानूनी वैधता नहीं

समलैंगिक विवाह और इस रिलेशनशिप के सोशल स्टेटस को मान्यता देने की याचिका पर चीफ जस्टिस धनंजय यशवंत चंद्रचूड़ की अगुवाई वाली बेंच ने अपना फैसला सुना दिया है. इस पीठ के 5 में से 4 जजों ने बारी-बारी से अपना फैसला सुनाया. सबसे पहले चीफ जस्टिस डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ ने अपने फैसले में समलैंगिक समुदाय को शादी का अधिकार देने की बात पर बल दिया. इसके अलावा चीफ जस्टिस ने समलैंगिकों के साथ होने वाले भेदभाव को दूर करने को लेकर सख्त दिशा-निर्देश भी जारी किये.
