22 अक्टूबर को कश्मीर घाटी (Kashmir) में पाकिस्तान सेना समर्थित आदिवासियों द्वारा आक्रमण की 77वीं वर्षगांठ थी. कश्मीर के एक गैर-राजनीतिक युवा संगठन, वॉयस फॉर पीस एंड जस्टिस (Voice for Peace and Justice) ने इस दिन को ब्लैक डे (Black Day) के रूप में मनाया. साथ ही कश्मीर के लोगों से घाटी में शांति बनाए रखने की अपील की गई, जिससे लोग यहां अमन चैन की जिंदगी बीता सकें.
