    - भारी बारिश के चलते देश के कई हिस्सों में बाढ़ के हालात बने हुए हैं। आंध्रप्रदेश और तेलंगाना में अबतक 13 लोगों की मौत हो गई, तो वहीं मुंबई बदहाल है।
    ...पिछले 24 घंटे में महाराष्ट्र में करीब पांच गुना ज्यादा बारिश रिकॉर्ड दर्ज की गई, जबकि तेलंगाना में करीब सात गुना ज्यादा बारिश हुई है। जिसके बाद मौसम विभाग ने तेलंगाना और महाराष्ट्र के कई इलाकों में अगले 24 घंटे के भीतर भारी बारिश की चेतावनी दी है। इतना ही नहीं तेलंगाना के मेडक जिले में बारिश के चलते चार लोगों की मौत हो गई जबकि 6 लोग गंभीर रूप से जख्मी हो गए। वहीं अगर मुंबई की बात करें तो तेंज़ बारिश से जगह-जगह पानी जमा हो गया है, जिसके चलते मुंबई-गोवा हाईवे को बंद करना पड़ा । गुंटूर और सिकंदराबाद में छोटी नदियों में अधिक जलभराव होने से पटरियां बह गई जिसकी वजह से रेल सेवा स्थागित करनी पड़ी। बहरहाल मूसलाधार बारिश के चलते तेंलगाना सरकार ने बचाव अभियान के लिए सेना की मदद मांगी है।
