    यूपी के बलिया के बैरिया थाना क्षेत्र के सोनबरसा गांव में दो पक्षों में जमीनी विवाद में हुई मारपीट के मामले में क्षेत्रीय बीजेपी विधायक और उनके पुत्र विद्याभूषण सिंह समेत 18 लोगो पर पुनकली देवी के तहरीर पर आईपीसी की धारा 147,148,149,323,324,352,307,120 बी के तहत मुकदमा पुलिस ने दर्ज किया है। वही दूसरे पक्ष की तहरीर पर 21 अक्टूबर को ही दूसरे पक्ष की तहरीर पर 14 लोगो के खिलाफ पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज किया था। इस घटना का एक सीसीटीवी फुटेज भी वायरल हुआ था।
    वायरल सीसीटीवी फुटेज बलिया के बैरिया तिराहा का है जिसमे कुछ लोग एक व्यक्ति को पिट रहे है वही एक व्यक्ति अपने हाथों में पिस्तौल लेकर किसी पर टारगेट कर पिट रहे व्यक्ति की तरफ बढ़ रहा है। दरअशल सोनबरसा गांव में निखिल उपाध्याय और प्रशांत उपाध्याय में पहले से चले आ रहे जमीनी विवाद को लेकर एक पक्ष को लोग जिनसे विवाद चल रहा था उसकी पिटाई कर दिए । पिटाई से घायल को उसके घर वाले अस्पताल ले जा रहे थे तभी दूसरा पक्ष बैरिया तिराहे पर एक पक्ष के लोगो की पिटाई करने लगे जिसे बचाने के लिए एक व्यक्ति के पिस्तौल दौड़ाते हुए दिखाई दे रहा है। दोनो पक्षो के इस मारपीट में दोनों पक्ष के एक - एक व्यक्ति घायल हो गए थे। जिनका जिला अस्पताल इलाज चल रहा है वही एक को वाराणसी रेफर कर दिया गया था। बीते कल शनिवार को एक पक्ष के तहरीर पर 14 लोगो के खिलाफ़ पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज किया था। आज दूसरा पक्ष पुनकली देवी पत्नी देवनाथ उपाध्याय की तहरीर पर क्षेत्रीय बीजेपी विधायक सुरेन्द्र सिंह और विधायक के पुत्र विद्याभूषण सिंह समेत 18 लोगो पर पुलिस ने मारपीट , हत्या का प्रयास और साजिश रचने को लेकर मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है। पुलिस की माने तो दो पक्षो में पहले से चले आ रहे जमीनी विवाद में मारपीट हो गयी थी जिसमे 2 लोग घायल है एक पक्ष को चाकू से चोटें आई है एक पक्ष ने 14 लोगो को नामित किया है दूसरे पक्ष ने 17 लोगो को नामित किया है जिसमे उन्होंने एक एमएलए का भी नाम साजिश में शामिल होंने का लिया है एफआईआर दोनो पक्षो के दर्ज है और निष्पक्ष विवेचना की जा रही है।
