Kourtney Kardashian hit with paternity lawsuit: Model Michael Girgenti says he is Mason's father, asks for joint custody
Michael Girgenti is continuing his quest to learn whether or not he fathered Kardashian's first child after the two allegedly had a tryst nine months before Mason's birth.
The shocking paternity claims against Kourtney Kardashian have resurfaced.
Los Angeles-based model Michael Girgenti filed a paternity lawsuit Thursday asking for joint custody of Kardashian's 3-year-old son, Mason Dash Disick, according to TMZ.
In legal documents obtained by the gossip site, Girgenti described an alleged sexual encounter with the 34-year-old reality starlet that is said to have come after he met her during a photo shoot in August 2008.
Girgenti first said he could be the child's father in a March 2013 interview with In Touch Weekly.
The 26-year-old's suit reportedly states that he had "unprotected vaginal sex" with Kardashian in March 2009 when she and boyfriend Scott Disick were on the outs. The date happens to be nine months before Mason's December 2009 birth.
Girgenti told In Touch that he "began to wonder" if he was Mason's dad after he "saw photos of him."
He said he tried to make contact with Kardashian after their fling, but she did not return his attempts.
A lawyer for the mother of two called these accusations "preposterous and an outrageous lie."By sumit | 492 views

ഫേസ്ബുക്ക് കണ്ടന്റ് മോഡറെറ്റർസ് ദിവസവും ലക്ഷകണക്കിന് പീഡനത്തിന്റെയും, ആത്മഹത്യകളുടെയും, കൊലപാതകങ്ങളുടെയും, വിഡിയോ, ഫോട്ടോ ലൈവ് സ്ട്രീം എന്നിവകളാണ് പരിശോധിച്ച് നടപടികളെടുക്കുന്നത്. പക്ഷെ ഫേസ്ബുക്ക് ഈ ജോലികളെല്ലാം ചെയ്യുന്ന ജീവനക്കാരെ വേണ്ട വിധത്തിൽ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നില്ലെന്നും അവഗണിക്കുകയാണെന്നുമാണ് കേസിൽ കുറ്റപ്പെടുത്തുന്നത്.കണ്ടന്റ് മോഡറേറ്റേഴ്സിന്റെ ജോലി ഗൗരവമായി തന്നെ കാണുന്നുവെന്നും, ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന എല്ലാവർക്കും വേണ്ട മാനസിക പിന്തുണയും സഹായവും ഉറപ്പാക്കുമെന്നും കമ്പനി കോർപ്പറേറ്റ് കമ്മ്യൂണിക്കേഷൻ ഡയറക്ടർ ബെർട്ടി തോംസൺ വ്യക്തമാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.
