ग्राम प्रधान पर अपने चहेते/रिश्तेदार को नौकरी दिलवाने के लिए धांधली करवाने का आरोप लगाते हुए पीड़ित रामसुधारे पासवान ने जिलाधिकारी से मामले की जांच करवाकर दोषियों पर करवाई करने की मांग किया।पीड़ित ने बताया कि खोराबार ब्लॉक के ग्राम पारकरन्जही पोस्ट नौवा अव्वल में पंचायत सहायक/एकाउंटेंट कम डाटा एंट्री ऑपरेटर की नियुक्ति होनी थी इसको लेकर 6 लोगों ने फॉर्म भरा था।जिसमे मेरे लड़के अश्वनी कुमार ने भी फॉर्म भरा था।मेरिट के आधार पर मेरा लड़का दूसरे स्थान पर था।और जो लड़का प्रथम स्थान पर था वह नाबालिग था इसलिए उसके नाम को निरस्त कर दिया गया था दूसरे स्थान पर मेरा लड़का था इस नाते उसकी नियुक्ति होनी चाहिए थी।लेकिन ग्राम प्रधान और उनके लोगों ने मिलकर अपने चहेतों को नौकरी दिलवाने के लिए पूरी तरीके से धांधली की फॉर्म भरने के बाद उसे जमा करने के लिए जब मैंने सेक्रेटरी से बात की तो उन्होंने कहा कि आप अपने फॉर्म को अपने ग्राम प्रधान के पास जमा करवा दीजिए सारे लोगो ने फार्म वही पर जमा किया है।इसके बाद मैंने अपने लड़के का फार्म ग्राम प्रधान के पास जमा करवा दिया लेकिन चुनावी रंजिश और अपने चहेते रिश्तेदार को नौकरी दिलवाने के लिए प्रधान/सचिव द्वारा मेरे पुत्र का आवेदन शामिल नहीं किया गया इसके साथ ही बिना ग्राम पंचायत बैठक के ही सूची ब्लाक पर प्रेषित कर दी गई।इस लिहाज से इस चयन प्रक्रिया में पूरी तरह से अनिमियता और धांधली बरती गई है मेरा लड़का पढ़ने में अच्छा है और मेरिट में उसका स्थान दूसरे नंबर पर है।लेकिन ऐसे लोगों के कारण होनहार बच्चों का मनोबल टूटता है।मैंने पूरे मामले की लिखित शिकायत मुख्यमंत्री से लेकर जिलाधिकारी से की है मैं मांग करता हूं कि मामले की जांच करवाकर जो भी लोग दोषी हूं उनके खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाए और मेरे लड़के में अगर काबिलियत है और मेरिट में उसका स्थान दूसरे नम्बर पर है तो उसकी नियुक्ति होनी चाहिए।
