    बिजनौर- तीन तलाक़ मामले में लड़के सहित 6 लोगो के खिलाफ केस दर्ज

    यूपी के बिजनौर में थाना कोतवाली देहात क्षेत्र के गांव बरुकी का रहने वाला गुलफाम गांव की ही एक लड़की तरन्नुम से प्यार करता था। लड़के के घर वालो ने गुलफाम की शादी हल्दौर थाना क्षेत्र के रहने वाली लड़की सल्तनत से तय कर दी थी। गुलफाम की शादी 15 जुलाई 18 को सल्तनत के साथ हो गई थी। कल अचानक से गुलफाम की प्रेमिका तरन्नुम अपने प्रेमी के घर पहुँच गई और गुलफाम से निकाह करने की जिद पर अड़ गई। हंगामे की सूचना पर थाने की पुलिस प्रेमी को पकड़कर थाने ले आई। प्रेमिका के हंगामें और जहर खाने की बात पर गुलफाम ने फोन पर अपनी पत्नी को तीन तलाक बोलकर उसे तलाक दे दिया।तलाक की सूचना पर सल्तनत के घर वाले थाने पहुँचे और दोनों पक्षो में बातचीत के बाद प्रेमी और प्रेमिका का निकाह थाने परिसर में पुलिस की मौजूदगी में मौलवी द्वारा करा दिया था।पुलिस के हरकत मैं आते ही जांच के बाद पीडिता के मा शहनाज़ ने लड़के सहित 6 लोगो के खिलाफ मुस्लिम वुमन प्रोटेक्शन एक्ट के तहद कोतवाली देहात थाने में मामला दर्ज करा दिया है बिजनौर के थाना कोतवाली देहात में पति गुलफाम द्वारा अपनी पत्नी सल्तनत को तलाक देने के बाद प्रेमिका से थाने में निकाह करने का मामला अब तूल पकड़ता नजर आ रहा है। मीडिया में खबर आने के बाद पुलिस विभाग में हड़कंप मच गया है। गांव बरुकी से गुलफाम और उसकी प्रेमिका तरन्नुम के घर पुलिस पहुँचने पर दोनों घर से मोटरसाइकिल पर बैठकर कही चले गए।इस निकाह और तलाक के मामले को लेकर एसपी देहात विश्वजीत श्रीवास्तव ने बताया कि निकाह का एक वीडियो वायरल हुआ है। उसके बाद सीओ सिटी को मौके पर जांच के लिये भेजा गया है।अभी जांच में कुछ पता नही चल सका है। जांच में जो भी सामने आएगा उसी के आधार पर कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
