गोरखपुर। गोला थाने पर तैनात एक दीवान ने चौराहे के पास स्थित एक शराब की दुकान के पास थाने के एक दिवान ने जमकर उत्पात मचाया। इस दौरान दीवान ने वहां मौजूद एक व्यक्ति की पीटाई भी कर दी। जिससे आसपास के लोग काफी अधिक संख्या मे जुट गए और इसका जमकर विरोध किया। इसके बाद भीड़ ने दीवान को पकड़ लिया।
सूचना पर पहुंची पुलिस दिवान को छुड़ाकर थाने ले गई और वहां मौजूद कुछ लोगों को भी थाने ले गई। इसे लेकर लोगों में काफी आक्रोश है। स्थानीय लोगों का आरोप है कि दीवान शराब के नशे मे धुत था। जबकि पुलिस का कहना है कि ड्यूटी से छूटने के बाद दीवान खाना खाने गए थे। एक व्यक्ति सड़क पर शराब पी रहा था, मना करने पर पर वह बेवजह दीवान से उलझ गया। जबकि मामला एसएसपी डॉ. विपिन ताडा के संज्ञान में आते ही उन्होंने तत्काल दीवान को लाइन हाजिर कर दिया और मामले की जांच सीओ को सौंपी है।
आरोप है कि सोमवार की रात 10 बजे थाने के दीवान शैलेश कुछ लोगों के साथ शराब की दुकान के पास शराब पी रहे थे। इस दौरान वह नशे मे धुत होकर शोर शराबा करने लगे। उसी दौरान मोहल्ले का ही एक लड़का उसी रास्ते जा रहा था। आरोप है कि दीवान ने उसे रोक लिया और गाली गलौज करने लगा। उसने विरोध किया तो उन्होंने उसकी पिटाई कर दी। इसके बाद लोगों की भारी भीड़ जुट गई और लोगों ने दीवान को पकड़कर पुलिस को इसकी सूचना दी।
आरोप यह भी है कि सूचना पर पहुंची थाने के पुलिस कर्मी वहां पहुंचे और मौजूद लोगों की पिटाई कर थाने ले गए। साथ ही दीवान को भी भीड़ से छुड़ाकर थाने ले गए। इससे स्थानीय लोगों में काफी आक्रोश है। इंस्पेक्टर धर्मेन्द्र कुमार का कहना है कि मामला संज्ञान मे आया है। जांच कराई जा रही है। जो दोषी होगा कार्यवाई की जाएगी। दीवान के शराब पीने की बात पूरी तरह गलत है। वह भोजन करने गए थे, जहां एक व्यक्ति सड़क पर शराब पी रहा था। मना करने पर वह दीवान से उलझ गया और बेबुनियाद आरोप लगाने लगा। एसएसपी डॉ. विपिन ताडा ने बताया कि वीडियो मिला है। दीवान को लाइन हाजिर कर दिया गया है और सीओ को मामले की जांच के आदेश दिए गए हैं। जांच रिपोर्ट के आधार पर आगे की कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
