कानपुर के बहुचर्चित बिकरू कांड में आरोपित नाबालिग खुशी दुबे की सोमवार किशोर न्याय बोर्ड में पेशी हुई। एनकाउंटर में मारे गए अमर दुबे की पत्नी खुशी दुबे की फर्जी दस्तावेज लगाकर सिम लेने के मामले में पेशी हुई। इस दौरान आरोपित व विवेचक के बयान दर्ज कर किशोर न्याय बोर्ड ने सुनवाई के लिए 23 सितंबर की तारीख नियत की। वहीं बचाव पक्ष के वकील पत्रावली में एसआईटी की रिपोर्ट नहीं होने की दलील दी जिस पर विवेचक थाना अध्यक्ष चौबेपुर कृष्ण मोहन राय कोई जवाब नहीं दे पाए। इतना ही नहीं वह खुशी के नाबालिग होने पर बालिक जैसा व्यवहार करने के बारे में पूछने पर भी स्पष्ट उत्तर नहीं दे सके। करीब 2 घंटे चली बहस के दौरान बचाव पक्ष की ओर से कई तर्क दिए गए और विवेचक से सवाल किए गए। इनमें से अधिकतर सवालों के जवाब विवेचक नहीं दे सके। बिना किसी पड़ताल के नाबालिग खुशी को जिला जेल भेजने को विवेचक की बड़ी गलती माना जा सकता है। खुशी के अधिवक्ता शिवाकांत ने बताया कि कानून के अनुसार पुलिस की बड़ी गलती है जो पूरी तरह से गैरकानूनी भी है। इस पूरे मामले को कोर्ट के संज्ञान में लाया जाएगा। इसी तरह फर्जी सिम मामले में भी खुशी पर कोई मामला नहीं बनता। उन्होंने कहा कि पुलिस ने खुशी की मां गायत्री देवी के मोबाइल नंबर पर खुशी को अभियुक्त बना डाला जबकि खुशी की मां गायत्री तिवारी उस सिम का इस्तेमाल अभी भी कर रही है। खुशी ने उस सिम का इस्तेमाल कभी नहीं किया। वहीं नियमिता नाबालिक के नाम पर सिम इशू भी नहीं किया जा सकता।
